Nickel & Bean is by far the nicest cafe (and food place in general) I’ve ever been in. The restroom is very clean, everything is well-maintained and neatly organized, the entire cafe smells wonderful, and the staff are very kind. I have yet to try their food, but overall, I really enjoyed the atmosphere! I will definitely be returning to this place soon.

Cool coffee shop that sorta pops up outta no where along Main Street in Lexington, OH. I had a great latte and tasty biscuit. I typically swing by the drive through once a month on my way from Columbus to Ontario but this was first time going in. It’s got lots of seating, cool decor, and a nice atmosphere. Would love to see them expand their menus a bit as they grow.

I travel to Lexington at least once a year, and I always make it a point to visit Nickel & Bean. The coffee is great, service is quick, and I love their biscuits. But if you like Splenda or Equal, you should probably bring your own. Parking in the back can be challenging right after opening because there is usually a long line for the drive thru. But there is plenty of parking all around if you don’t want to park in back.

Love having Nickel & Bean as my local coffee shop. The staff are always friendly, the food and drinks are delicious, and the atmosphere is great. The breakfast sandwich on the herb biscuit is amazing (not sure what exactly is in the sauce they put on it but it's ). My favorite drink is the iced blended with white mocha but I've also had hot and iced lattes as well as the peach and wildberry smoothies which are all great too. Only downside is there are times when it's busy that there aren't any seats available.

Nickel and Bean has great coffee, I just recently went in and got thier special orange cardamom, it was really good!! I wouldn’t get it if you can be weird about texture bc there was small pieces of orange in the latte which had a weird mouth feel. There is three different rooms you can sit in, I like the bar by the window the best! The second room has one big table and a few booths and the third room, where bathrooms are located, had more comfortable seating with a couch and chairs! The shops vibe has always confused me, the inside of the shop is well decorated, neat, and gives cute Pinterest coffee shop vibes. When you come in and meet the baristas, you might get thrown off a bit, I don’t mean this negatively. Every time I come in the baristas have been very grunge (wear dark clothes, dyed hair, piercings) which is the opposite vibe of the shop. So it’s just interesting to me. I have absolutely no issues with being served by baristas that dress in that kind of style, I just feel the energy of the building is clashing with the baristas energy. But maybe that is the point, a place where all are welcome and you can come as you are. I came in on a Saturday and the energy was high and positive. The baristas were super nice and loved to chat! I came in on a week day towards late afternoon the other day and the energy was much different. I felt like the barista was very ready to go home. Overall I think this coffee shop is great, interesting, and will still be coming back for their coffee
